The children are not seen regularly by a doctor and some of them are HIV positive. They only get seen when there is something wrong and then Nolu has to either go to the local day hospital or  take them into Red Cross or Somerset Hospital where they often have to wait all day to be seen.

SHAWCO (the University of Cape Town's Students' Health and Welfare Centres Organisation) brought their paediatric mobile clinic out to Zanokhanyo in May to do a basic check out of the 7  younger children.

We are hoping that they will be able to come out once a year to do an annual check out of all the children.
